Tres Palmas Inn San Juan

The room was recently refurbished and neat with smoke detectors for my safety. Even though some of the staff were not always friendly, I had a really comfortable stay. Its wonderful, central location was a plus.

Wi-Fi was quite slow, made me a little nervous.

We loved the hotel and San Juan, had 1 restful day there. Very comfy beds, climate control, a private safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. The breakfast had variety of selection, the food was appetising.

I didn't like that there was no water pressure.

I came here for 3 nights and had a very good stay. I loved staff and location of the hotel.

I loved the hotel, everything was nice here. The staff were helpful, attentive. Central location was a plus. Cafe Bistro Cafe located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

It was a nice stay for our one night before our cruise.

Fab food, marvellous service and great view of the ocean...

Fairly clean and quirky hotel, fantastic location was centrally located to several beaches. Amazingly comfortable, perfect room with a terrase and a balcony view, as example.

the property is clean, has amazing atmosphere and drinks. lots of food for breakfast including hardboiled eggs, toast, cereals and fruit.

Location and drinks are very good, and the hotel is kept fairly clean.

We liked this place, it's handy. A fun stay with a lovely swimming pool.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and the staff was courteous, it had perfect location in front of the beach. Cereals, fruit and toast served for breakfast were delicious.

Great value, unique and welcoming rooms. It was conveniently located. It took us 15 minutes to drive to this CHEAP accommodation from the airport.

Appreciated the hotel, it is relaxing and fairly clean, has cute location right across from the beach. Great food options. Our room had an extremely comfy bed and a lovely view. The staff were genuinely helpful and check-in was early.

I loved the hotel, it's unusual and the location is incredible very close to the beach. The room was recently renovated and tidy, had bright lighting.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were terrible.

Pleasant location, amazing restaurant, understanding staff and incredible decor. We liked the price of our deluxe queen room and its essentials. The breakfast was good and offered lots of different food. The hotel was adjacent to the local beach.

Spectacular location, absolutely fantastic breakfast, amazing service and the staff was very courteous. I was given exceptionally comfortable and incredibly comfortable room, just how I expected it to be. Hotel's pool was brilliant, I loved it.

The room was such lovely, the bed was comfy, and the provided breakfast was satisfying!

The bkfast staff was a bit rude here.

The property seemed perfectly clean and the room was original. The staff were more than helpful and smiled at me. Liked air conditioner, microwave and coffee facilities in the room. And btw there were astonishing views of the sea!

This lovely boutique hotel had absolutely wonderful views.

The hotel was tidy and QUITE CONVENIENT, loved the fine beds. My room was cozy, had a quite clean bathroom. Staff was willing to help and recommended a restaurant. A supermarket and a grocery store were right next door.

Facilities were basic, though wi-fi was rather slow.

Plenty of food available in bar. Our favorite hotel in San Juan, we would definitely recommend it.
